What does Storelic do?

If you are looking for goods that can only be obtained on offline stores in Korea or paid only with Korean cards/accounts, you came to the right place! Storelic purchases any product you would like to get from South Korea.

If there is any good you would like to purchase that is not on our page, please contact us for any request, go to our SERVICES section and leave the information requested so we can help with your purchase.

How do orders work?

Unless specified, most orders are done in 2 payments:

1st payment: Product Purchase

2nd payment: Shipping Fee of the purchased product*

*If the product comes from another country any extra payment made by us to the manufacturer will be added here.

When ordering, make sure you read and understand all the information stated on the product's description, checking out your product means you agree to all the information stated on this website.

After we have purchased/received your products it will take 1-2 weeks for us to prepare your package and send your shipping fee information. PLEASE take into account some products have deadlines or specific dates of arrival (managed by their production companies). We do not manage any of these dates, it is out of our hands if the manufacturer extends the local shipping dates.

After your package is shipped, your tracking number will be updated on our website and PayPal information, and you will receive a notification that your order has been fulfilled and your package is on its way. Your tracking number will also have a link to a website where you can check the status of your package. All products sold in our website -including those purchase as buying agents- include tracking numbers.

STEPS AFTER YOU CHECK OUT YOUR PRODUCT:

When products DO NOT include shipping fee:

  1. You will receive an email from our website with the confirmation of your purchase, this will include your order #. If you have an inquiry about your order, please always let us know your order # first.

  2. After your products are ready to be shipped (packed) we will send you an email with the shipping fee information (by email and PayPal invoice) of your package and how to pay for it, you only have 15 days to issue your payment, please check more on our Shipping & Return section.

  3. After your package is shipped, your tracking number will be updated on our website and an email will automatically be sent to you ​so you can know your package has been shipped and its tracking number, a link for you to check the status of your package will also be stated on this email. For more information please check our FAQ. Packages will be shipped within 7-business-days after we have received your shipping fee payment.

When products DO include shipping fee:

After we have received our purchases or purchased your products offline, your order will be packed and shipped.  Your package's tracking number will be updated on our website and an email will automatically be sent to you ​so you can know your package has been shipped and it is on the way, a link for you to check the status of your package will also be stated on this email. For more information please check our FAQ. Packages will be shipped within 7-business-days after we have received your shipping fee payment.

Please make sure to mark our email, store@storelic.com, in your inbox as a trustable email address so our emails are not sent to your SPAM folder. 

For frequent updates please be sure to follow us on Twitter (@storelic), or at least check our twitter account a few times a week. We post all updates on this account. If the product you ordered includes the shipping fee be sure to check our timeline BEFORE asking about the status of your order. GROUP ORDERS

Group Orders Inquiries

If you would like Storelic to be your supplier, you are more than welcome to contact us once you have an established order.

We don't mind getting G.O requests, you can check our Service section for commission prices.

Please avoid requesting for discounts, while we appreciate you wanting to work with Storelic, and we also understand how difficult is to start an online store, it's a bit rude for you to request (or more like demand) a discount when you have not even ordered a single product from the store.
